The Belton, Grandview and Kansas City Railroad Co. is an all volunteer organization, from the Ticket Agent to the Engineer to the volunteer Board of Directors.

The Belton Grandview and Kansas City Railroad Co. is always looking for volunteers to help with the jobs listed above, as well as Diesel engine mechanics (EMD as well as Detroit Diesel), gasoline engine mechanics, groundskeepers, gardeners, Docents, track repair crew, rolling equipment carmen, signalman, etc.

Please note: Per Federal Law, safety sensitive positions require a pre-"employment" (VOLUNTEER) drug screening.  At this point that would cover Engineer, Conductor and Signalman.
